Veneer manufacturing is carried out in different patterns with Lathe (Peeling), Vertical slicing, Horizontal slicing and Rotary slicing (Half round slicing) machines constituting its cutting line. One of the natural manufacturing defects in veneer manufacturing the buckling is eliminated with the computer controlled ironed drying line completely in Sülekler Inc. in our computer aided veneering and sizing unit. Our expert personnel in their field have been presenting different quality and sizes according to the customer demands regarding both import and export by performing the quality classification by cleaning the veneers from their natural defects. |
